When the Pintars took over the old inn on Via Oberdan (formerly Via della Caserma) in 1956, it was already around eighty years old, but the new management has given it a new lease of life.

The dishes offered at this characteristic restaurant all derive from Central European tradition and are the gastronomic expression of the fusion of cultures that have intertwined in Gorizia.

Visiting it, you'll find yourself immersed in a typically Gorizia atmosphere, thanks also to the folkloric attire of the owners and waitresses and the decor of the rooms... If you pass by, you won't be able to resist the lure of plum gnocchi, jota, or the other specialties on offer.
