For decades, the Gravner family has been producing wine from grapes grown in their vineyards in Oslavia, on the border between Italy and Slovenia.

For forty years, Joško's visionary theme has unfolded. By studying, learning, and changing his perspective on wine, he has arrived at the present. A present time that sums up all previous times in ancestral simplicity, to bottle a wine without adjectives, which is simply and solely: wine. Today, in Lenzuolo Bianco—this is the heroic and ancient name of the place where the Gravner winery stands—primarily native grape varieties are vinified, realizing the dream of an authentically territorial wine, with interventions integrated with the times and ways of nature, and inspired by nature, in the vineyard and in the cellar.

The logic of “doing nothing” is the raison d’être of these wines.
