Viatores stops in Gorizia on Saturday, May 17th: at 5:00 pm, a guided tour of Palazzo Lantieri will be offered, revealing the 16th-century music-themed frescoes and the "Persian" garden.
At 6:30 pm, in the Cathedral, Caterina Trovato will give a bilingual lecture on the architecture of the Gothic chapel of Sant'Acatio, the only surviving part of the church's original layout, and the musical instruments depicted.
This will be followed by a concert by the Dramsam Ensemble, "Non fu mai più bel sollazzo."
