With 50 illustrated panels dedicated to history, technology, architecture, environment and landscape, the exhibition “The Isonzo River and its Bridges”, promoted by the Order of Engineers of the Province of Gorizia, will take you on a journey through the history of the area.
The exhibition will focus on the various bridges (destroyed and rebuilt) over the Isonzo River, 14 of which are on Italian soil and nine on Slovenian soil.
The inauguration will be on Tuesday, May 13th at 6:00 PM in the exhibition hall of the Auditorium della Cultura Friulana, at Via Roma 23.
Until Sunday, June 8th, it will be open to visitors with free admission from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm.
