From goulash with canederli to plum gnocchi, from ljubianska to biechi with honey mushrooms, from canapés to liptauer, not forgetting kipfel, delicious desserts, renowned Collio wines, and finally Pelinkovac: recipes with a Friulian, Slovenian, and Austrian soul, but also profoundly Central European, because no other cuisine like Gorizia's is so profoundly capable of expressing the encounter of different worlds, embracing and celebrating their differences.
In addition to "Frontier. Where Worlds Meet," a festival intended to be a laboratory for European dialogue, from Friday, October 2nd to Sunday, October 4th, there will also be a journey through traditional delicacies and specialties.
28 local restaurants have joined the "Tastes of Frontiers" event, coordinated by Confcommercio Gorizia and in collaboration with the Municipality. Over the three days, they will be serving up irresistible dishes, a veritable kaleidoscope of flavors, aromas, and unique specialties.
