The evening dedicated to great masterpieces of Russian music scheduled for Sunday, May 10th at 8:45 pm at the Teatro Verdi promises to be truly magical.
You will be able to hear Modest Mussorgsky's spectacular symphonic fantasy Night on Bald Mountain, Sergei Rachmaninov's stunning Piano Concerto No. 2 and Orchestra, and Igor Stravinsky's kaleidoscopic Suite from the ballet The Firebird.
Giuseppe Guarrera, a young pianist who lived in Gorizia for years and has won numerous international competition awards, will also perform alongside the Nordest Sinfonia, conducted by Marco Feruglio.
The concert is organized by ERT FVG as part of the "International Excellence - Musical Ambassadors of Friuli Venezia Giulia" series.
