ALL EVENTS ON SATURDAY 26TH ARE CANCELLED, THE COUNTY PROGRAM IS CONCENTRATED ON SUNDAY 27TH
In observance of the national mourning declared for the death of Pope Francis, all County events scheduled for Saturday, April 26th, the day of the funeral, are canceled. The program scheduled for Sunday, April 27th remains unchanged, with some adjustments.
REENACTMENTS AND SHOWS
On Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., a medieval village will be reconstructed in the renovated Public Gardens. A journey into the past with shows, medieval markets, and activities, including children's activities. From 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., a Lombard camp will be set up in Borgo Castello, organized by the Invicti Lupi Association.

At 9:00 am: “The Remnants of the Cold War after Schengen,” with architect Silvo Stok.
At 10: "The Archdiocese of Gorizia and its Treasure," with historian Vanni Feresin.
At 11:00 a.m.: "Gorizia, European Capital of Cuisine?", with lawyer Carlo del Torre.
At 3:30 pm: "Eau de Cologne, the Story of a Misunderstanding," a presentation of Bianca Cruciani's book.
At 4:30 PM: Multilingual performance "Suns di peraulis," dedicated to Friulian poetry from the Middle Ages to the present day, with insights into Gorizia-based authors. Performers include Antonella Gallarotti, Vanni Feresin, the Dramsam band, singer-songwriter Jani Kovačič, and poet and translator Matej Tratnik.
At 6:30 p.m.: "Beyond the Last Station," a presentation of Irene Dilillo's book. Moderators: Giampiero Andaloro and Alberto Cecon.
FREE GUIDED TOURS
On Sunday at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., departing from the Pro Loco info point in the Public Gardens on Corso Verdi, the tour will include visits to Borgo Castello, the Duomo, Piazza Sant'Antonio, and historic Via Rastello, returning to the Public Gardens.
